Not for every access option. You can choose a paid plan and submit a payment request; access is activated after payment verification. If you already have a code, activate it here. Creating an account alone does not activate Kwentro.
Select Join the study, then create a Kugi account or sign in and verify your email. When enrollment is open, review the study information and agree to participate. The study is for 100 eligible merchants who are new to Kwentro, with one participant account per business. Complete the pre-test before first use, training, or onboarding.
The pre-test earns Growth for Month 1. Post-test 1, at the end of Month 1, earns Growth for Month 2; Post-test 2 earns Growth for Month 3. Post-test 3 earns one complimentary month of Starter. There are four surveys in total, with no further survey during the Starter month.
Your survey dashboard shows upcoming dates and access status. The research team activates earned access after submission; it is not immediate. You do not need to buy access to complete a study survey.
Yes. Every question needs a response before you can submit. Choose N/A, Unsure, or Prefer not to answer where offered if you cannot provide an answer. You can save a draft and return later. Honest feedback, including negative ratings, does not affect your earned access.
You may leave the study. Access already granted keeps its existing expiry date; further study access depends on survey completion. After the final survey and your complimentary Starter month, normal paid subscription options apply. There is no automatic charge. Read the study agreement for the response windows, withdrawal terms, and handling of your data.
Kwentro supports offline work after it has been loaded and prepared on your device. Internet is needed for account services and cloud sync, as well as submitting study surveys. Keep encrypted backups and avoid clearing the browser’s site data.
